Shipping Questions

I try to get orders out within 5 business days. Business days are Monday thru Friday. This does not include holidays or weekends! If order volume is lower, your order will ship sooner. Please do not contact me within this time frame asking when / if your order has shipped. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to show.

Orders ship from the Tangent, OR area! If you are local and would prefer meeting or porch drop-off, please contact me. I do have a local pick up option now on my site, if you do choose this, please know that I will be contacting you, so please keep on eye out for an email.

Please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order and I will get things fixed. Unfortunately if I have already shipped your item, I cannot do anything about it. As I have stated below, No returns, refunds or exchanges. There will be absolutely no exceptions to this.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

I do not offer returns! All Sales are final. If there are issues please contact me and I can determine the best solution. Keep in mind that this does not include ordering the wrong size. There will be no exceptions to that.

I will accept a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. If it is outside of that time frame it will not be accepted. 

*Please keep in my mind that I can cancel an order or refuse service without explanation.

If you put in the wrong address please contact me within 24 hours so I can get it changed as quickly as I can. If I send your item, and it gets sent back to me, I am NOT responsible for paying the shipping back to you again. If you refuse to pay the shipping, I will not send the item and will not refund you. So PLEASE ensure the address is correct!!!

Customs

Yes! I can do custom shirts, cases, tumblers and more. Customs are going to begin to look a bit different starting July 1st! For now, If you are interested in a custom item please contact me via social media DM if possible as that is the easiest process for fulfilling a custom. There will now be a $5 deposit to ensure that serious buyers are served before I work on the design. This helps me to make sure that I am serving genuinely interested customers. The deposit will be taken off from your final price!
